This month its the turn of AJMAN - MANAMA, next month we continue with ÅLAND.
This seems to be a postally used cover sent from Ajman-Manama to Germany on the first day of issue of the souvenir sheet with which it was franked. Yet I have big doubts if this is really the case. I suppose it is a fake cover, using a blank cover with the souvenir sheet and adding an address and a hand-written "by Air Mail" to make it look more real. The fact that these souvenir sheets were sold with the First Day cancel supports this suspicion. What is your opinion ?
Comment from Andre Jungen (Germany): ... looking at this letter and reading your comments they reminded me inmediately of the cancelled but unuesd souvenir sheets from Manama. I agree with you completely.
