A Christmas present

December is the month of Christmas. This is the reason why I show this postally used cover from JAPAN as ITEM OF THE MONTH OF DECEMBER. You might ask now: " And what has this Japanese cover got to do with Christmas ? " - Well, the answer is quite simple: It was cancelled on Dec 24^th, 1998 !
